We want you to love your Frankie4 shoes, but if they’re not quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your unworn, undamaged shoes in their original packaging for a refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Visit mccullochshoes.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate your return label.
- Pack your shoes securely in the original box and attach the label.
- Drop off at your nearest post office or parcel collection point.
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order to ensure you secure your preferred item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside our primary region, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will exclude original shipping fees.
